Miami Light Project @ Temple House

Another season kick-off event at Dan Davidson´s Temple house. I could repeat the "what a place!" sigh of awe. Well, I will repeat it. Besides his house Dan seems to have his heart in the right place, supporting those worthy cultural causes Miami has two few of (compared to clubs & restaurants).
This event was for the Miami Light Project after the New World Symphony´s last week. Emboldened I wandered a bit more thru the residence, with the kitchen and its Buddha my new favorite place.
This cries out to become a house tour for my favorite New York online reading, Apartment Therapy, where it would be a worthy successor to Jill´s walk thru Rosa de la Cruz´museum home.
Anyway, the main Buddha stills looms beatiful in his central location and I liked the idea that at the next visit to Dan´s humble abode there should be rollerskating around the huge central couch. Although I suggested leaving the beds in place. Some people might bump into them accidentally, some might land on them on purpose and that would make for a soft fall. Great place, great people, great cause, great feeling. More of that, with the same enthusiasm, Dan!
